Flexibility and technical feasibility are the prerequisites for seamless process dynamics. Well-functioning toolmaking is an important factor in the production chain for you and for us. In order to meet the specific surface and component requirements appropriately, we actively cooperate with selected specialists in toolmaking. All our toolmaking partners are familiar with quality requirements within electroplating.

Qualified mechanics, for example, cutting devices,  gauges or removasl grippers for a range of manufacturing processes. In addition, there is a change management unit to process any tool conversions that are required. The close cooperation within our partner network as well as the toolmaking expertise acquired through this network form the basis of seamless series production.
